Does Hosting Host allow Adult content?
No, Hosting Host does NOT allow adult related web sites on our web servers.

Do you require payment before an account can be setup?
Yes, we do require payment in advance for account setup. We prefer payment by credit card, the advantage with paying by credit card is we can have your account setup shortly after our billing dept has processed your credit card information. Another advantage is that if you ever plan on upgrading your account all you would need to do is send us an email and we can have your plan upgraded ASAP!

Will Hosting Host transfer my domain name?
No, we do not transfer domains to our name servers when you sign up for a web hosting account. You will need to contact your registrar to change the name server information. However Hosting Host is willing to help you make the necessary changes. The reason we do not transfer domains is because we do not have the authority to make any changes on domains that do not belong to the register owner of the domain.

Are there any setup fees for setting up a web hosting account?
No! We do not charge any setup fees for setting up a web hosting account with us.

How long will it take for my account to be setup?
Hosting Host will have your account up within 2-12 hours. We begin processing your account the same business day it is received, or the next business day if it is after hours. Once your account is activated, you will receive a welcome email from Hosting Host with your relevant account information. We cannot activate the account until payment is received--that is, until your check is received or your credit card is approved. If your account is not setup within 24 hours, please contact support.

Does Hosting Host offer Unlimited Bandwidth?
Hosting Host does not provide "unlimited bandwidth" hosting plans. Bandwidth is a resource service providers pay for, If they are in business to make money, service providers must find a way to pay for their expenses, and make sure that there is some profit left over. You have unlimited access to your website via FTP 24-hours a day. As such, you can create and maintain your web pages on your own computer and upload files to your web site at your leisure.
